Every product page names the material and, where the maker states it, the percentage. We list what the maker confirms and nothing more. If a piece is a blend, a linen look or faux leather, its name says so. If a fact is missing from the page, email us before you order and we'll check it.

Cashmere and merino: hand wash cold or dry clean, dry flat, store folded. Linen: machine wash cool, line dry or tumble low, and skip the iron if you like the softer look. Each product page has the care instructions for that item.

Yes. You can return any product within 14 days of delivery, unused and in resaleable condition, for a full refund including standard delivery. This is on top of your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

As closely as a screen allows. Natural fibres and leather vary a little from piece to piece, and marble veining is never the same twice. Small differences from the photo are normal and not a fault.
